Welcome to The Pendulum Reset™
You can only white knuckle the restrict/rebound cycle for so long.
You're here because you're finally done starting over.
This is where that cycle ends.
In this welcome video, I'll walk you through my story, how this course works, and the three tools you'll use throughout the program.
You're been at war with food long enough...
Most women are living in a food binary.
One side: restriction. Tracking every bite, cutting carbs, saying no at dinner. Being "good."
Other side: rebound. The bread basket, the wine, the whole weekend. Feeling broken and defeated.
They spend years swinging between those two extremes, convinced the problem is them.
It was never you. It was the binary.
There's a third option. It lives in the middle. And it's the one nobody taught you.
That's The Pendulum Reset™.
Sound familiar?
You have everything figured out. Career, relationships, finances. You are the person people come to when they need something done.
But food? Food is the one thing that keeps resetting.
"I'll start Monday."
"I just need more discipline."
"Why can't I just figure this out?"
You've tried the meal plans.
You've read the books.
You've downloaded the app, tracked the macros, done the whole thing and still, every few weeks, you're back at square one.
Here's what no one told you:
The cycle isn't happening because you lack willpower. It's happening because every tool you've been given treats the symptom, not the system.
The problem was never you.
The cycle happens because every tool you've been given lacks a system that actually works IRL.
And here's the part that really stings.
You're action-oriented.
So every time something stopped working, you either white-knuckled your way through it or found another program.
The problem was never the food. It was never you.
You were never taught competence.
You were taught to comply.
And compliance always breaks down in real life.
Every time it does, you lose a little more confidence in your own judgment. Your own body. Your own ability to figure it out.
The Pendulum Reset™ doesn't give you another plan to follow.
It gives you the exact tools to build competence and confidence.
The Pendulum Reset™ is your plan when real life inevitably shows up.
When your weight fluctuates, but you don't spiral.
When your progress feels slow, but you don't quit.
When you're standing in your pantry at 10pm, but you know exactly how to course correct.
When self-doubt creeps in, but you have something to come back to.
This isn't about being perfect.
It's about having a plan that you can lean on when life gets imperfect.
Introducing The Pendulum Reset™
The Pendulum Reset™ isn't another tool that treats the symptom. It's the first thing you've tried that actually addresses the root.
21 modules across 3 phases. Built around the PPP framework. Designed to work in real life (not just on a Monday when you're motivated!!)
Hi, I'm Hailey.
Registered Dietitian. Content creator. Founder of The Tipsy Kale where wellness meets happy hour ;)
Before I figured out the framework, I was exactly where you are.
I gained 20 pounds in college despite running half marathons, eating protein oatmeal every morning, and salad from the cafeteria. I was doing a lot of things right. And I was flying completely blind at the same time.
When my doctor told me I'd gained 20 pounds I overcorrected. High fiber crackers instead of real food. Lemon juice instead of dressing.
It worked until it didn't.
What I eventually figured out is that it was never about the food. It was about understanding how my body actually worked and building systems I could live inside.
I built The Pendulum Reset™ because I kept seeing the same pattern in my clients. Smart, capable women who didn't need more information. They needed a framework that worked in real life.
That's what this is.

FAQ
Is this a meal plan?
You give a woman a fish, she eats for a day. You teach a woman how to fish, she eats for a lifetime. Meal plans tell you what to eat. TPR teaches you how to eat. One fixes the moment. The other changes the pattern.
I've tried intuitive eating and it didn't stick
Honestly, that makes a lot of sense. Diet culture spent years pulling us away from our bodies. So being told to "just listen to your hunger" can feel impossible when that connection's been broken. TPR bridges that gap. It's about building the structures and guardrails that make trusting yourself actually feel possible.
I'm not in a restrict/rebound cycle. I just eat "pretty healthy." Is this still for me?
You don't have to be in the cycle to benefit from this. If food still takes up more mental space than it should, or you feel one bad weekend away from starting over, that's exactly who TPR is for.
Why would this be different from everything else I've tried?
Most programs fix the symptom (what you're eating) without addressing the root cause (why food feels so complicated in the first place). TPR works upstream. On the patterns, the noise, and the rules that make eating harder than it needs to be.
Do I have to track calories or macros?
The course will teach you your actual calorie needs, based on science and not some arbitrary number from the internet. From there, tracking is a tool, not a requirement. Think of it as a vehicle, not the destination. Each module is designed to be absorbed, tested in real life, and built on. The goal is to build enough internal awareness that you don't need a spreadsheet to eat well. And because protein and fiber targets are baked into how you build meals, a lot of that starts to happen naturally anyway.
How much time does it take?
TPR is 21 modules across 3 phases. Each one is designed to be absorbed, tested in real life, and then built on in the next. It's not meant to be rushed. The students who get the most out of it give themselves time to actually live it between modules.
I don't have time right now
Food isn't something you can put on the back burner. You're making decisions about it every single day whether you're ready or not. The best day to start was yesterday. The next best day is today. The time is going to pass regardless. The only question is what you do with it.
I want to lose weight. Will this help me do that?
Most people struggle with their weight because they never learned what their body actually needs. TPR teaches you that. Your real calorie needs, your protein and fiber targets, how to build meals that actually support your goals. Clients who apply the system consistently often see weight loss as a byproduct. Not because they restricted. Because they stopped guessing. Whether your goal is to lose, maintain, or gain, the calorie calculator inside the course will show you exactly what your numbers look like for each.
Is this just for women?
TPR was built with a specific person in mind. High-achieving, done with diet rules, stuck in a pattern they can't logic their way out of. If that's you, the course works regardless of gender. The framework is universal even if the lens it was written through isn't.
What if I have a history with disordered eating?
TPR was created by a Registered Dietitian and is rooted in evidence-based nutrition. That said, if you're in active recovery or currently working with a treatment team, please loop them in before joining. This course is not a substitute for 1:1 clinical care.
I'm not good at finishing online courses
TPR isn't built to be binged. Each module is short, focused, and designed to be applied before you move to the next. There's no pressure to finish fast. The structure does the work for you.
What's your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of this course and immediate access upon enrollment, all sales are final.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. A payment plan is available at checkout.
This is too expensive
There's a difference between the price and the cost. The price is what you pay today. The cost is what you're already paying every day. The food noise. The confusion. Negotiating with yourself at every meal. The mental tally. This is the final stop. Replace the confusion with clarity and confidence, for good. And if you need it, a payment plan is available at checkout.

“This course provides a clear, evidence-based foundation in nutrition that is both practical and actionable. A thoughtfully designed program that makes nutrition feel doable instead of overwhelming.”
Elizabeth Travis, NP
As a Nurse Practitioner, I've seen firsthand how much mental real estate the all-or-nothing cycle with food occupies. The Pendulum Reset is the kind of program I would confidently recommend to my patients. Not because it's trendy, but because it reflects what we actually know works long-term. It focuses on behavior change, reducing extremes, and helping people tune into their own bodies. No strict rules. No quick fixes. Just a realistic, sustainable way to finally feel at peace with food."

"To the women who are carrying everything on their back - their jobs, families, stresses. We don't also have to carry the stress that comes with not looking how we want, not feeling how we want in our bodies."
